iSpace 3.0 App Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all information that can be obtained about the User while using the iSpace 3.0 mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Mobile Application, or the Application) published on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We have created a Privacy Policy to help you understand how we use these applications.

Personal Data

Personal Data is data that can identify a user (e.g., by name, email address).

The App uses third-party services that may collect Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • Platform utilization and hosting services,
  • Analytics,
  • Infrastructure monitoring,
  • Authentication,
  • Tracking link clicks,
  • Management of backup functions.

OpenAI Services (OpenAI OpCo, LLC)

We use services provided by OpenAI to improve the functionality of our application, such as natural language processing, content generation and other artificial intelligence-based features.

Data collected

The specific data sent to OpenAI may vary depending on the application features used, but generally this includes text inputs, user commands, and other content generated while using the application. We may also send anonymized usage data and device information to improve the accuracy and performance of OpenAI services.

Purpose of Data Collection

Other services used in the application

Platform usage and hosting services are provided by the Google Play Store and Apple App Store services. These services may collect the following Personal Data:

  • Network resource usage data.

Monitoring of the infrastructure is provided by the Crashlytics service. This service may collect the following Personal Data:

  • A universally unique identifier (UUID);
  • Failure information;
  • Device information.

Authentication is provided by the Google OAuth service. Google OAuth is a registration and authentication service provided by Google LLC and associated with the Google network. Collected Personal Data:

By using the App, you agree to the privacy policies of all of the above services.

We do not collect or store data provided by the Authentication service, but we use the email address provided by the Authentication service locally on your device to ensure that you can use the App's restore access feature.

Personal Data that is collected by the Application, used only to provide the functionality of the Application, to improve, optimize and quality control the Application, may only be shared with third party services described in this Privacy Policy.

Accepting the terms and conditions

Use of the application means your unconditional acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the terms of use stated therein, in case of disagreement with these terms you must refrain from installing or using the application. Your continued use of the app after any changes to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of the changes and/or new terms.

Changes

The app developers reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. We encourage you to check the Privacy Policy regularly to be aware of updates in a timely manner. You in turn acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Privacy Policy and to be aware of changes.
